It’s not just about getting rid of your C section shelf...
You’re here because your C section shelf is giving full on cringe every time you even eye the bikini section on a Target run…👀😭
I knowwww you’re like, “CHRISTINA!! OF COURSE my shelf is the problem!!!! If I could just magic wand it away, all my problems would disappear!!!”
But if you don’t focus on removing your C section shelf STRUGGLES…
You’re never going to feel confident in a bikini again -
No matter how much weight you lose, scar massages you do (yikes), or carbs you avoid (BIG yikes).
🤢 The thought of touching your C section scar sends you into a nausea filled state of panic 🤢
🏋️♀️Going back to the gym has not happened because you feel stuck - like seriously your hips feel like glue
😵 Pain with sex is ruining every chance you and baby daddy have to reconnect (like WHYYYY)
👖 Your fav jeans are a no go because your core and C section scar did not heal and you’re still livin in high waisted yoga pants.
😭 You have no idea how to activate your deep core muscles because everything either feels numb, stiff or weak - and truthfully, you’d prefer moving as little as possible
Listen, operating rooms are NOT a soft girl experience and as a belly birth momma of 3 with a doctorate in physical therapy #smartgirlshit, I’m here to provide at-home physical therapy rehab at a fraction of the cost.
You’ve bookmarked all those “Get rid of your C section shelf” videos on IG but never a single time laid down on your yoga mat and put them to use.
Listen, Hot Mom:
It’s not procrastination and you are NOT lazy!!!
The reason you aren’t rushing to get on the floor and test out these videos…
Is because your c-section shelf struggles aren’t as simple as the curated IG highlight reel from the oNlInE hEaLtH cOaCh who’s NEVER EVEN BELLY BIRTHED!
Also, in a more physical context (let me put my doctorate to good use here 🫡)
Scar tissue is painful to touch and elicits a major reaction from your brain (nausea, panic, fight or flight response, crying, etc.).
you can’t just start digging your fingers in there with zero mental prep – And shame on the self-proclaimed IG guru who told you differently. You deserve better
After joining C Shelf, you’ll be able to work your scar tissue without having a PTSD moment.
“Wow I loved these videos.
Seriously SO helpful and it was honestly just even calming watching Christina demonstrate what to do with c section recovery.
I also really appreciate the lens and being super compassionate with c sections as everyone’s experience is so different.
Personally going through my unplanned c section 8 months ago I can’t say how helpful this is!!”
A C section is major surgery performed while you are AWAKE!
(a quick moment of all of us who rode in on a spinal epidural that i assume what a bad drug trip feels like)
Your brain downloaded a traumatic moment- even if you had a gentle belly birth- and now lives in protection mode when anything goes near that area..and I mean anything 🍆
We have to desensitize that mind body connection to all the areas that were touched- especially the pelvic floor.
And no.
The work is not some complex, high level psychology dig- I’m not a brain doc.
It is simple really.
We combine breathing, massages and deep core work to turn off the red alert messaging your brain is sending down to your C section shelf and 🌸
“Okay Christina. But how the fack is nervous system work going to help my sex life? Momma needs it, and she needs it BAD.”
You have to relax your brain, so you can finally relax in your body and pelvic floor.
When I tell you I am the Belly Birth Queen and Postpartum Guru…I mean it with my WHOLE being. So much so, even MEN come to me for guidance post-belly birth experience.
My bestie’s husband reached out because he was clueless on how to help his wife get her sexy back.
“We haven’t had sex since the baby. She says it hurts.”
Their baby was now 6 months old.
The lack of intimacy was obviously wearing on their relationship. (Relatable, right?)
Now, I was just a few months out from my 2nd C section- a very difficult failed VBAC experience that did a major number on my bladder (aka controlled by the pelvic floor).
I shared that my current life revolved around figuring out how to schedule my pelvic floor PT visits to prime the pump…
And she finally blurted out, “Oh my god. I just keep having this perpetual twat cramp after my C section”.
* me stepping in as the belly birth recovery expert ⬇️
Girl, that means your pelvic floor is tight AF.
You need to work on down training and relaxing it.
Problem solved.
Marriage saved.
If you’re feeling like my bestie (or if your partner is ready to call up the doc) - you are not alone!
And yet, somehow, they neglect to include this in your hospital discharge instructions.
You keep trying to copy paste your C section rehab plan from Tik Tok influencers….and it’s not working -
DUH - for the same reasons we discussed earlier!!! But…
I get it.
It’s much easier to follow along from your phone for free…
Than book a babysitter, drive to your local physical therapy center and fork over a couple hundred bucks to get the help you need.
But here’s the thing 👇
You had a major surgery-
Which in every other setting of healthcare results in a treatment plan consisting of a research backed rehab program and follow up visits with a qualified health profession.
❌ No one is trusting a fitness influencer to give them rehab exercises after their knee surgery.
✅ This course is your at home physical therapy rehab at a fraction of the cost. (Intentionally, of course.)
Hi! I’m Christina - your belly birth recovery bestie.
2 years ago I had my second unplanned C section and this time my incision started to heal very differently.
It formed a C section shelf 😮💨
I soon realized that the overhang of skin above my C section scar was just the cherry on top of all the struggles that my C section shelf brought along.
I cried at the thought of wearing a bathing suit.
I also cried anytime I tried to perform a hip thrust at the gym because my shelf was so sensitive.
I couldn’t find a pair of jeans that didn’t squeeze the skin that hung over my C section scar.
Trying to work on my scar tissue kept sending me into a low key panic attack.
Leaning into the experience along with my decade of experience in the physical therapy space, I mapped out how to fix the shelf.
Since the thought of digging my fingers into my scar tissue made me almost vomit, and my deep core muscles were stuck in sleep mode, I knew that I had to rewire my mind-body-muscle connection.
But the mind bending moment for me was that it wasn’t the deep scar massage that unlocked C section shelf probs, it was other therapeutic interventions like deep stretching, rooting into breathwork, getting my pelvic floor to chill TF out and getting back into the gym that was key.
I guess I unlocked everything a little too well, because I had no problem getting pregnant again for baby number 3.
This course was created because it’s not just about breaking up scar tissue, if it was that easy- you wouldn’t be still looking for the holy grail.
It was made for you because you deserve hot mom jeans, great sex and the confidence to get back into the gym wearing your favorite lululemon yoga pants.

Allow me to introduce you to the absolute HOLY FACKING GRAIL of C section Recovery
While I am usually a major hater of “this one exercise will fix all your problems”, my mind (and body) changed a lot after having 3 c sections ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
After spending the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy with Ari, belly birth #3, in a state of mental turmoil
(read: “My BoDy Is GoInG tO bE rUiNeD nOw” pity party)...
I knew I needed to dial it the fack in on EXACTLY what my recovery was going to look like after she arrived.✅✅✅
As a momma of 3, all I have is 10 minutes to take care of myself on most good days.
I needed a quick routine I could do from a yoga mat on my bedroom floor in between breastfeeding sessions and screaming toddlers for my C section recovery to yield any results.
Using C Shelf recovery protocols, I was able to get back into my jeans WITHOUT CRYING…even with majorly falling off my routine for those trying months of 6-8 postpartum (iykyk).
The proof is in the picture:
It really is insane how my C section shelf looks completely different with simply turning on my deep core muscles.
I cannot express how grateful I am for this C-section recovery program.
For me, it was the little things she pointed out in her videos that truly made a difference—like how something as simple as mindful breathing could contribute to recovery. I was genuinely surprised by how impactful these small tips were. The scar recovery segment has also been tremendously helpful, and I’m already seeing some encouraging results.
Of course, as Christina wisely reminds us, it all takes time and patience.. I’m forever grateful!

Fitness is not the solution to C section recovery or getting rid of your C section shelf. Traditional rehab programs lump C section recovery into postpartum recovery and miss the mark on targeting C section struggles that need to be addressed.
This program is unique in that it bridges rehab with fitness components to maximize your results.
C shelf is a program to get rid of the C section shelf AND the struggles that it brings. You will understand why you are struggling, find out that you are not alone in your C section era and be given the steps to get back into your hot mom energy- bedroom included.
Saving those C section posts for later doesn’t work. You need an expert to hold your hand and tell you exactly what you need and when you need it.
My C section Shelf formula is a tried and true progression and cannot compare to scattered free content.
The mind body connection is the key to unlocking your results. The mind and body must be on the same frequency for complete healing to take place.
You cannot realign C section scar tissue, have pain free sex or build a hot mom booty if that connection is not up to hot and healthy standards.
I show you how to train your brain just like we train your deep core muscles.
In the "Content" tab, scroll down and While recovery is unique to an individual, you will feel changes immediately with implementing these techniques and changes will follow.
Scar tissue transformations range from 6 weeks to 6 months.
You can start this program from 3-6 weeks postpartum with clearance from your MD.
It is just as effective if you are starting beyond that stage.
Your results only depend on the time and effort you put into the program not when you started.
The course is pre-recorded videos with me, the belly birth queen as your guide and supporter. There is a community forum for comments, questions and support to enhance your results.
This course was designed for busy mommas that are juggling it all.
The videos are simple and can be done on a yoga mat in your bedroom from your phone.
If you put in 10 minutes 3 times a week into this course, you will see and feel the compounding results of your efforts.
