Hi, momma. I’m Dr. Christina Jahrling, The Postpartum Guru and creator of Core Strength + Pregnancy.

To stay transparent: I created this course for me, first.

After my first pregnancy, I was #fitmom all the way…

But it wasn’t realistic.

Shredded abs, diet culture, and 24/7 weightlifting were NOT realistic.
