Hi, momma. 


I’m Dr. Christina Jahrling, The Postpartum Guru and creator of Core + Postpartum program.


To stay transparent: I created this course for me, first–with YOU in mind.


After my labor experiences and 3 c-section births, it was clear to me that many doctors and nurses aren’t prepping moms to go home…

With my background in physical therapy for rehab and injury prevention PLUS my knowledge around core and pelvic floor strength and newfound relationship with all things motherhood…

This course is for all mommas who want to recover the right way.

Instead dealing with a weak core, feeling insecure in your body, peeing your pants and feeling lost on getting back to exercise after a baby, we’re prioritizing recovery BEFORE postpartum problems start.

Q: Do I need access to a gym?

No! If you have gym access and want to workout there, that’s great, but it’s not required. You can do every exercise in your living room, yard, bedroom, or wherever you choose.
